Wife, homeschooling mother of seven blessings and most importantly a daughter of the One true King. Ash treasures and finds joy in the quiet, simple things tucked inside her usually messy life. Sundays, early mornings, walks in the woods after a snowfall, books, drawing, laughing with her husband, good talks with her children, snuggling her baby, and sister time with her favorite sister on earth, bring her joy among the beautiful chaos. Her mother has been her greatest godly influence, pouring and preaching God’s Word into her own daughters, mixed with lessons among life’s blessings, the mundane and sometimes real life brokenness. With her quiver brimming with love and her arrows prayerfully pointing to Jesus, Ash longs to store up treasures in heaven because that is where true love is promised. “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” Matthew 6:19-21. May your heart be there also.
Liv’s knight in shining armor won her heart at seventeen, and they have not looked back since. Encouraging her man in his endeavors, and shaping the hearts of her two warrior sons to love and follow Jesus are of utmost importance to her. She feels compelled to encourage women to put God’s Word into practice by sharing her life, even when it is messy, for the glory of God. You can find Liv at the hockey rink cheering on her man and little dudes, reading a good book, chatting with ladies, snuggling up her pup, and always with a delicious coffee in hand. Her story is a story of hope, and how the lemons life throw do not have to sour our stories, but can be sweetly redeemed by Jesus.
Katie has served the Lord for many years. She has taught women’s bible studies as well as pre-teen, Junior and Senior High Sunday School. Her life is a testimony to the wonderful redemption and reconciliation found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. The Lord has lavished His loving kindness and grace in Katie’s life through a very difficult marriage and all the sadness and joys that come with raising a family in our broken world. His faithfulness through the years has brought her a genuine intimacy she longs for every woman to experience. Katie now has a great marriage of 37 years to her husband, Ray. They have 4 grown children and 17 grandchildren.
Hi, my name is Caroline, I was born in Glasgow, Scotland, UK, I was brought up in Basingstoke, UK and studied Creative Writing at Bath Spa University. At the age of 30 I moved to Maine to marry my husband from Bangor, Maine. We have two children, a little boy who was born in 2014 and a little girl who was born in 2016. I have been a Christian since I was 5. I have the privilege of growing up in a Christian home. My Scottish parents are wonderful and did their best to bring me up in the Lord. I have two lovely sisters, who are my best friends and godly influences too. I miss living near them but God has a plan. I did not ever think I would move countries, but He has me in His hands and He has revealed to me that He is faithful. I love studying God’s Word and praying to Him. I hope to be an encouragement to you, to keep pressing towards the goal of eternity with Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14 ‘I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.’ Love in Christ to you all!
Hi there! We are so glad you are here! My name is Mary! I am a very imperfect work in progress, a child of God, wife, daughter, homeschooler and a mother to four wonderful little girls. I am a Southern born gal living in the beautiful state of Maine. I love making friends, hugs, babies, chocolate, good food, and reading good books. But, most of all I love my Jesus! I love how He has, and is, daily shining His light in all my dark places… my fears, anxieties and idols… and making me new. I love that He can take a *hot mess* like me and use me despite myself. Ladies, if there is one thing I can testify to it is this: “But by the grace of God I am what I am: and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain” 1 Corinthians 15:10a. I hope that through these pages you find hope, are challenged, and most importantly see the Gospel. We are very imperfect vessels and I feel very humbled to be a part of this ministry, but I am oh so thankful that I am! So please, grab a nice hot cup of coffee, a warm blanket, and your Bible and dive in! God is oh so good all the time!
